★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Nikki was wonderful! After a life-changing accident, my wife was in the hospital for over six weeks. When it came time for discharge, the day kept changing primarily because of insurance I thought Nikki would give up on me because she kept lining up resources then I would have to change it. I’m very grateful to her and her team for helping me through this difficult situation.
March 15 · John NavarroNikki came in to our lives in a very difficult time for our family. Her company set up and provided the best care imaginable for my grandmother. What they do for people in their most vulnerable time of need is so awesome. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful caregivers provided over the last 3+ years. Their people are second to none. Peach was so well taken care of and she could feel the love of all the different caregivers that took care of her including personal visits from Nikki herself. While she will be dearly missed I take comfort in the fact that the last few years of her life she was so well cared for. Thank you Nikki and team for all you do!!
July 03 · Jim DresserNikki and It Takes A Village have been lifesavers. My mom has dementia and we were going into a week without any caregivers (using a different caregiving company). Nikki quickly and efficiently went into action and found a wonderful caregiver so quickly it was truly amazing. Needless to say, we are not using the former caregiving company any more. I can’t say enough good things about Nikki and ITAV and I would highly recommend them.
July 01 · Kim HelmigOh. My. Goodness. The response and helpfulness of Nikki Muller and her crew is remarkable!! My friend was dreading going to a rehab following a not-so-good week of hospital recovery after major surgery. She was only going to be more miserable there. Nikki and her excellent advice on WHAT to do & WHEN to do it, was spot on!Listen to her & take notes!! You will have no regrets! We contacted her on Sunday, it’s Thursday now & my friend is home & in love with her caregivers!! 😂😂 the difference in the conversations with my BFF sunday & today, made me weep with joy, so beyond my expectations!! ❤️ IT TAKES A VILLAGE lives up to the name. Don’t wait, just call! 🥰
August 29 · Joanne SpagleNikki made the process easy and painless. She found to great care takers who took care of my 91 year old Mom and they were both great. My Mom is going better but if we need anyone again I will definitely call it takes a village
