★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1First Light Home Care has been a blessing to my family since day one. Lolita and Jacqui are understanding, accommodating, and most of all caring to all that is happening. Needing help means you and your family are going through a hard time and the First light team helped our family go through it with a kind heart and gentle touch. We highly recommend them.
December 04 · Donna MLolita is a compassionate business owner. She worked well with our need for a flexible schedule for our dad. We felt very comfortable with all the caregivers. The caregivers were kind and able to recognize any emerging health issues. We researched a few places and First Light was the best. Thank you!
March 06 · Carolyn BurnsI have ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) and I am wheelchair-bound. I needed help starting from very early in the morning (5:00 a.m.). Lolita was able to find a caregiver who was willing to drive up to our house so early in the morning. So far, this caregiver has never been late. She is well trained to take care of disabled people like me. She does it with utmost care, compassion and above all with a smile. Even the substitute caregiver who came one day was equally good. Lolita and her staff are very friendly and they try to address your needs. There were a few issues with scheduling; but they were eventually resolved. I would strongly recommend FirstLight Home Care to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate caregiver.
April 12 · Michael AdackaparaMy father is in his 80s and in a retirement home. We have been blessed with CareGivers from FirstLight Home Care. Our care giver has genuine concerns for our father and keeps us well informed so that we are able to direct our attention accordingly. She is able to take him for short walks, drive him to Dr appointments and gives us the medical feedback so we can better help him. He enjoys his care giver very much. The staff at FirstLight are always helpful in adding additional help on very short notice. I highly recommend FirstLight for exceptional care of loved ones!
November 21 · Ruth LazaldeWe've had a very positive experience with the service from FirstLight. We hired FirstLight to provide temporary in-home care to my in-laws after both encountered some health issues. FirstLight came out to do the needs assessment and assigned a caregiver right away. Both the office and care staff are very professional, easy to work with and try to accommodate any changes in schedule. The office staff always responds to our inquiries quickly, either by text message, email or phone call. The caregiver Dulce is kind and gentle and we're very pleased with her service. We're fortunate to find FirstLight in our times of need.
October 18 · Alice LohWe are so very impressed with Lolita and her staff over at First Light Home Care. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, caring, compassionate and more. They have helped us so much with my elderly handicapped mom with stage four lung cancer. Their caregivers and office staff have truly been lifesavers for us and taken a huge load off of my shoulders by providing us quality care and help around the house. Lolita and her staff are just AMAZING and I can’t thank her enough. We Highly recommend.
January 18 · diva laydenFirst Light Home Care has been helping my wife & elderly mother-in-law for several months now. Lolita’s company and staff are just Great! We highly recommend and they have definitely exceeded our expectations.
March 09 · John LaydenFirstLight Home Care is our go-to personal care for my elderly mother with dementia. Personal care & attention is what Lolita, Jacqui & staff are all about. We have used their services (Companion Care) several times and one time was last minute care needed with only allowing a two day notice & they were able to accommodate us without any problems. Every time we have utilized their service their arrival time is early, 10-15min before scheduled start time and ready to begin. We have experienced four companion care staff members and everyone is polite and respectful of your home and belongings. Initial start Lolita and/or Jacqui will review all items/questions/concerns you may have but I may assure you if your looking for care of a loved one look no further than FirstLight Home Care for your needs as you will not be disappointed.
October 31 · Ryan KoffmanAndrea is just great. Pleasant, enthusiastic, supportive and most attentive. She,even said my physical therapy was going well, even when I knew it was not exactly my best effort. 😄Just great!
