When I reached out to them to ask what the time frame was for that day, they assured me that the driver would be there between 3-6pm—ending conveniently after end of day. No one showed up and I was unable to call them back. But I did receive a customer experience survey for the encounter that never happened. The driver ended up calling me 3 days later to say he was “on his way” and then became unreachable after this conversation. I again called the central office, who assured me he had arrived. I checked up and down my block, in the back of my building, and the cameras, but there was no sign of him or a marked work van. They kept me on the phone for 45 minutes, insisting he was at my residence, before I told them I needed to get on with my day. I had to file a complaint with my insurance to make them come correct. They scheduled an equipment drop off without my consent, but at least it was expedited. No explanation of what had happened was provided. They told my insurance that this was the day it had been scheduled for all along, despite the survey sent prior and phone logs. If you have a choice, I’d recommend going elsewhere. Telling the truth is not their strong suit.
July 30 · AnnaBeen on the phone for an hour. Pretty sure I'm waiting and no one is going to answer. They found my son's approval for a wheelchair but don't know what to do next. This is definitely an outsourced call center to India and based on the 3 people I've talked to so far they are struggling to understand what my approval is for or how to get it. They can't find the name of the item that is approved and what I'm actually having delivered to our home. Something is just going to come! Fun! Hopefully it's correct!

I called that morning and spoke with Paul, specifically requesting the delivery be made by 6:00 PM due to my mom’s condition. He assured me that he had submitted the request to dispatch and left a note for the driver.By 5:00 PM, with no update, I called to follow up—only to be told there was no record of my earlier call or any note for the driver. Paul had not followed through at all. After multiple frustrating calls, I finally heard from Mario, a supervisor/manager, who confirmed Paul never entered anything in the system. Mario promised the driver would arrive by 7:30 PM—not ideal, but manageable.Then I received a call from Raul, the driver, saying he wouldn’t arrive until 8:30–9:00 PM. When I told him Mario had committed to 7:30, Raul dismissively said, “Mario’s not the driver—I am,” and insisted the later time was final. When I explained that wasn’t acceptable, he told me to “calm down” and claimed my mother, who has dementia, wouldn’t be affected by going to bed late. I didn’t realize Raul had a medical degree in addition to his delivery role.I reached out to Mario again via phone and text. To his credit, he did call back and confirm the bed would arrive by 7:30 PM—but the entire ordeal was exhausting, unprofessional, and unacceptable.For a company entrusted with delivering essential medical equipment, this was handled carelessly, with zero accountability. I would strongly recommend staying far away.
July 31 · Lidia TamayoThis place needs to be investigated for waste, fraud, and abuse of federal government programs. They are processing medical supply orders that I did not request. When I call to report the issue and requested to speak to a supervisor they ignored me urgent request and left me on "MUTE" and disregarded my call. The issue and concern is that this is not the original medical supply company wehere I once picked up one batch of medical supply. This is not the original company, it's almost as if they are passing down the same RX Prescription for medical supplies down to other companies. I am absolutely upset with how they ignored me and left me on "MUTE" intentionally. I was never allowed to speak to a supervisor, nor did they help me resove this issue. I will have no choice but to report this as a fraudulent activity to Medi-Cal.
