★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I am extremely concern with the safety protocols. I wanted to share some concerns I had during my visit on 1/5/22. I was in line waiting for my turn when I noticed one of health workers wasn't changing her gloves. She changed one glove after helping four patients. She touched their clipboards, pens and handed them their swap and placed the used swab in test tube. When it was my turn I asked if she could change her gloves, she said to me that she didn't have to because she wasn't touching patients. She refused and asked me to step to the side and said that she had a right to not help me. When I another worker came (both were female Latinas) she started helping me without changing her gloves, I asked her to change gloves, she was also frustrated by my request and said they don't have to change their gloves because they don't touch patient as I was handing her my swab (that she put away). I have a background in public health and I can tell you that the staff is putting themselves and the public at risk (btw, I never received my results, I am sure they threw my test away). I hope this information helps you and that the staff get the adequate proper training.
January 11 · Dina CruzDon’t come to this place to get tested. First off, the nurse that attended me seemed miserable with her job, and was rude with me. She asked me to fill out the form, in which I filled out clearly with my name, and information correctly. When she was about to do my nasal test I told her I wasn’t comfortable with her doing it that I can do it myself. She was very rude and defensive and said that she has to do it because the tests come back inconclusive and she told me “if I want to do it or not” with an aggressive tone. I don’t appreciate her behavior. I ended up taking the test and when I got my results, they misspelled my entire name wrong, my birthdate was wrong. I don’t understand how can this facility have people like her attending patients with an awful customer service, and aren’t cautious with patient information. I will never come to this facility nor do I recommend it . Unprofessional and careless.
