Veroma Home Health Introduce
Introduction / Overview
For California residents in the San Fernando Valley and surrounding multi-county region, Veroma Home Health stands as a highly-regarded and essential resource for recovering and managing health conditions from the comfort and privacy of home. As a dedicated, proprietary Home Health Care Service certified by Medicare since 2017, Veroma specializes in bringing hospital-level clinical care directly to homebound patients following an illness, injury, or surgery. This model of care is often covered by Medicare and other insurances when ordered by a physician, providing a safe, cost-effective, and highly personalized alternative to extended hospital or facility stays.
The agency’s services are comprehensive, encompassing everything from advanced Skilled Nursing procedures—such as the administration of IV antibiotics and wound care—to essential rehabilitative therapies like Physical Therapy (PT). As highlighted by numerous patient testimonials, the team, including nurses and therapists, operates with exceptional professionalism, experience, and, crucially, genuine compassion. For families facing serious post-hospital challenges—such as recovery from a broken hip, complications like severe infection (sepsis), or the need to regain mobility—Veroma Home Health is often the key to a successful recovery and a restored quality of life. Their consistent 4.0 out of 5.0 star Quality of Patient Care rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) further affirms their commitment to delivering care that performs better than the national and state averages.
Veroma Home Health’s mission is centered on personalized treatment plans and seamless coordination with the patient's existing physicians, ensuring that care is timely, consistent, and focused entirely on helping the patient regain their independence and well-being at home.
Location and Accessibility
Veroma Home Health is conveniently located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, making their administrative base easily reachable for residents across Encino and the broader Southern California service area. The agency operates from a professional office setting in a key commercial district:
17915 Ventura Blvd #210, Encino, CA 91316, USA
Situated directly on the bustling Ventura Boulevard, the location provides excellent access for staff and visiting family members. Recognizing the importance of ease of access for all, particularly those with mobility limitations who may be transitioning out of a hospital setting, the facility ensures a welcoming environment:
- Accessibility: The office complex is equipped with a Wheelchair accessible entrance, allowing for smooth entry and exit.
- Parking: Convenient Wheelchair accessible parking lot spaces are available, reducing stress for families managing medical appointments and consultations.
While the administrative base is in Encino, the very nature of a Home Health Care Service means that the professional team—the nurses, physical therapists, and aides—travel directly to the patient’s home. Veroma Home Health is proud to serve a wide multi-county region from this Encino hub, covering a population of nearly two million residents across over 50 zip codes, including areas in Sylmar, Simi Valley, Los Angeles, Irvine, and Oxnard, confirming their far-reaching support across Southern California.
Services Offered
As a Medicare-certified Home Health Agency, Veroma Home Health offers a crucial, comprehensive suite of skilled services that require the expertise of licensed medical professionals. These services are initiated by a physician’s order for homebound patients, ensuring a clinically appropriate and high standard of care. Key services include:

- IV Therapy Services: A critical service that allows patients to receive necessary intravenous treatments, such as IV antibiotics for serious infections (like sepsis or severe UTIs), hydration, and other intravenous support, safely and conveniently at home.
- Physical Therapy (PT): Focused on rehabilitation and restoring functional ability, including Gait/Transfer/Balance Training, therapeutic exercise, and comprehensive programs to improve mobility and significantly reduce the risk of falls.
- Occupational Therapy (OT): Helps patients relearn or improve skills needed for essential daily tasks (Activities of Daily Living or ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, meal preparation, and safe use of adaptive equipment, promoting greater independence.
- Speech Pathology/Therapy: Addresses communication difficulties and swallowing disorders (dysphagia) that may follow a stroke or neurological event, enhancing safety and quality of life.
- Home Health Aide Services: Provides hands-on assistance with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene, delivered by Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who ensure dignity and comfort.
- Medical Social Services: Offers support and guidance to patients and families during a health crisis, including assisting with community resource referrals, counseling, and planning for ongoing care needs.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Veroma health has been a blessing to our family. They are professional, experienced, gentle and the nurses and all of the staff actually care about their patients. My mom (85 years old) fell and broke her hip. Then, she caught an antibiotic resistant UTI in the hospital which lead to very serious sepsis. It was an extremely difficult time for her and she almost died. Veroma was (and continues to be) a huge part of helping my mom regain her health. We had nurses come to our home daily to do IV antibiotics for 3 weeks, and we still have a nurse that does a weekly check up, plus physical therapy to help my mom walk again and showers 2 times a week to keep her clean and feeling fresh. All of the staff are great. My mom looks forward to their visits. Truly. I wholeheartedly recommend Veroma.
February 03 · Julie PykenSimilar to other reviews, my mom fell & broke her hip. Veroma’s team has been supporting us since e the day my mom came home. Each & everyone that has come to visit, from showers, to nursing, to PT has been exceptional. Each care person has been kind, understanding & compassionate. I don’t know how home health care is assigned by hospitals, but I know we pulled a lucky card, getting Veroma for care. 🙏🏼
May 09 · Cristina LopezVeroma was assigned to look after my mother as well as provide physical therapy after a fall. Her nurse as well as her therapist have looked after her for almost four months and have brought her back to ten times better than before her fall. My mom was very fragile when she returned home from the hospital and needed a walker and a lot of assistance, She is so much healthier, stronger and more capable today, which has significantly improved her mental health. They are kind, gentle encouraging and attentive and have become her treasured friends. I would highly recommend this agency, especially if you are lucky enough to work with Nora and Roman who are both true gems.
July 12 · Lisa ChisholmI have experienced the best care with this company. All the nurses and staff are knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to please the patients at all hours. I highly recommend them and using their services.
February 03 · Mojie NeyVeroma is giving wonderful care to my mother. Art is extremely responsive to my questions. I'm grateful that Veroma is there during my family's time of need.
