However, potential users should also carefully consider the company's organizational consistency and caregiver reliability. Specifically, some feedback points toward issues with last-minute scheduling changes, caregivers not showing up as planned, and perceived disorganization in service delivery and contract management.
When considering Angel Care In-home Care, California families are encouraged to utilize the free in-home assessment offer to discuss their specific needs, clarify scheduling expectations, and establish clear communication protocols. Thorough vetting of the agency's current procedures for caregiver assignment, training, and emergency coverage is recommended to ensure the service alignment meets the family's stringent requirements for reliability and consistency in care for their loved ones. Ultimately, the agency’s broad service area, range of foundational non-medical care services, and commitment to a family-oriented approach make it a strong option for consideration, provided that potential clients feel assured about the company's current operational efficiency.

Angel Care In-home Care Reviews
mother
★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Angel care was a exceptional resource for my Boyfriends 94 year old mother. The company helped us for about a year but they hired a caregiver who never showed up and we were in San Diego at the time reliant on Angel care to show up, the caregiver never showed up or called her Employer and my boyfriends mom ended up falling. They sent one of their best caregivers to help her pick her up off the floor, I hope she was praised for that. Sadly his mother passed away just recently from another fall. Thank you angel care
April 07 · bkonagoldThis company is SO unorganized. They had a hard time fitting my schedule in. Then I was NEVER given advance notification that someone would be coming. So I never knew when to adjust my schedule, plus they would send someone different each time which would cause me an hour of explaining how and what to do each time for a 93 year old who likes things a certain way. Last visit I was called to ask if a slight change of time, which I agreed to. The person never showed up til an hour later which she showed me the agency had told her. I had done everything for my mother prior to her arriving so she basically had nothing to do. I asked her to clean her room. When I got back from doing an errand, the person was sitting there just waiting for me to tell me she was leaving. She was there only 1.5hrs when she was contracted to 4hrs. I was fuming. Two days later Angel Cate called and said their contract was complete. I said.... uh NO, you still actually owe me 2.5hrs as the girl left after 1.5hrs and she was contracted for 4. The young rep on the phone said.... well you still do not have any time left. I basically said... whatever, thus agency is very disorganized and I will never use it again. Terrible, just terrible experience.
May 07 · Kym BrownMy mother, who is a stroke victim, has used Angel Care in Chino for over a year and they have been exceptional in all respects. They are very reliable and conscientious and the caregivers have been uniformly good. We use two different agencies and whenever the other one's care giver goes on vacation or is sick, I call Angel Care for a substitute--sometimes last minute, and they always come through. Kudos to Suzy, Christina, and Mary Lou!
April 27 · Danny MillerTerrible. They did not show up all of the time. They were hired for 5 days and are billing me for 7 days and now want to sue me 16 months after I last heard from them. I have the evidence.
