Lakewood Home Health & Palliative Care, Inc. Reviews
The staff is very rude. CNA staff called my home number, trying to reach my brother, but she refused to give her name and the name of the company she worked for. I called their office in Burbank to speak with the Nursing Director, but the lady (heavy accent) who answered the phone refused. My brother will not receive care because this organization is not ethical or professional.
