Seniors Helping Seniors helps my Mom (Shirley, age 96) stay in her home and retain her independence. The caregivers help mom with tasks around the house. They take her for errands. The help by doing light house work like making beds or emptying the dishwasher. They help by occasionally cooking meals and monitoring that mom’s eating enough. I think mom’s greatest joy with Seniors Helping Seniors is the companionship she feels with Lisa (her main caregiver). I would recommend Seniors Helping Seniors to anyone who’ has an aging parent who wants to stay in their home! Seniors Helping Seniors also gives us (my sisters and I) peace of mind that mom has a compassionate interesting person to spend time with and someone who is there making sure mom’s needs are being met. - Mark Ashford
