Brightstar is very professional and all the staff that we had the pleasure to meet were very helpful and kind. Four stars because we did ask for a caregiver without an accent, because my mother has hearing loss. Brightstar still sent caregivers with strong accents. This made it hard for my mother to communicate. That being said, we stopped service because my mother no longer needed care. Should we need this kind of care again we will call Brightstar Thank you for your care and support
