Regency Palms Long Beach Reviews
My grandma was there for 9 months until she passed. While she was there the employees were so kind to her, they’d visit her in her room, sit with her at lunch when she was alone. When the time came and she passed this place incredible. The accommodations they made would have made my grandma so happy, because she would of had the same hospitality. They may not be the cheapest but they’re worth every penny. They made her feel comfortable her entire stay, and when it was my family that needed the comfort, they went above and beyond to make sure our needs were meant without having to even ask. Thank you Regency Palms for loving her like we did!
February 19 · Jessica CarrGorgeous Community, the views are spectacular. The care staff & amenities offered are phenomenal. The activities organized are more than enough to keep their residents active & smiling.
June 03 · Sarina EspinozaMy mother-in-law was one of the first residents to move into Regency Palms. She even got to cut the ribbon at their extravagant grand opening ceremony. She loves living there and is always proud to show visitors the elegant amenities and her room. The staff is wonderful, the food is delicious, and the activities and field trips are delightful. I highly recommend Regency Palms. I wish I could live there, too.
March 09 · Mary BrownMy brother had medical emergency and was hospitalized then transferred to a nursing home. I made arrangements to move him to the Regency Palms Long Beach (RPLB) with the help of Executive Director, Carla Mariano. RPLB has the best staff caring for its residents. It also has a very good arrangements with Excel Home Care. The good care and physical therapy provided to my brother created an miracle. My brother, from wheelchair bound when he moved into RPLB in April, could walk again in 3 months. He moved back to his house after staying at RPLB from April till the end of June. RPLB has a very good facility, excellent staff, and a very professional Executive Director.
July 14 · Shen TsengDon't listen to "T Big's" review. If you look at his other posts I guess he rates everything with a 1 star. The guy seems like he's a retarded stoner.Anyway, on to the review. I think this place is great. I have been dealing with Jackie, who helps place people. My dad had doctors orders to go into memory care. The people are great. They have been so friendly and so helpful trying to get my dad situated with reducing his drinking by allowing him o'doul's beer. Setting up his room with his TV and possibly allowing him to have his dog. The people from what it looks like take good care of the patients. I want to send the staff and Jackie a fruit basket to give praise and thanks for what they have done.
