Choosing a home health provider is a critical decision for any California resident facing a period of recovery or managing a long-term illness. AccentCare Home Health in Ontario is a worthwhile consideration for individuals who require professional, physician-ordered, skilled home health care services. The primary strength of this agency lies in its robust organizational foundation, which provides access to nationally-recognized clinical protocols and specialized programs that are designed for optimal recovery in the home setting, particularly in the critical post-acute phase. The focus on disease-specific pathways and the dedication to reducing re-hospitalization rates are significant advantages for patients with complex medical needs, such as those with CHF or COPD.
However, potential clients should approach their engagement with clear expectations and active participation in their care management. While the agency offers a comprehensive range of skilled services, public records and customer reviews indicate that consistency in Home Health Aide assignments and efficiency in equipment delivery may sometimes fall short of patient expectations. For those utilizing the agency, it is highly advisable to maintain open, persistent communication with the Ontario office’s management and intake team to ensure that staffing matches the physical demands of the patient and that all necessary supplies and equipment are tracked and delivered promptly. The commitment to providing nursing and therapy with the goal of high-quality outcomes is clear, but patient advocacy is key to navigating the administrative and logistical challenges sometimes associated with large-scale healthcare systems. By understanding and leveraging the skilled clinical expertise, while actively managing the logistical elements, patients across the Inland Empire can fully benefit from the professional medical care that AccentCare Home Health is equipped to deliver.

AccentCare Home Health Reviews
Accent sent me an Aid who was old enough to be my older sister and was physically unable to catch me if I were to fall. When I called the company to ask them to send a younger, more capable person; again, they sent someone old enough to be an older sibling.Bear in mind, I am only 147 lbs, but with RA & Degenerative bone; trying to walk is a major task sometimes. When the second girl came, she stated "I am allotted 3 hours to be here, but I can only give you a shower. I cannot aid you with household chores."This is not only Highly Irregular for home health, but is a Flagrant waste of Federal money, to include Civilians on Medicare as well as Private pay. I reached out to Accent Care Headquarters in Ontario, Ca and spoke with the administration who says they will call my office Monday, November 16th, 2020. Depending on the outcome of that phone call and the results therein, I will either upgrade my rating or downgrade my rating.
November 13 · Father J Ewen (Patriarch ULCM Monastery)If I could give them less stars I would horrible customer care nurses are not trained correctly and skip steps. Supplies are always delayed .Been waiting on medical equipment for months with the answer that it is back ordered always looking for ways to discharge you and nurse call for same day appiontment not giving consideration on your doctor visits. Management dismisses your concerns and you don't feel cared for.

My brother was released from a SFN about two months ago. I was originally with a different respite provider but asked IEHP to send his referral elsewhere because the respite worker kept no showing and the agency would never call me to inform me. His referral was sent to accent care and in the two weeks of being with them he’s been seen once. He was authorized a bunch of hours and now I’ll miss out on those hours since they expire soon. Accentcare should not accept referrals in the Coachella valley if they do not have the workers to staff their shifts. It’s extremely unprofessional and infuriating. Do not recommend if you’re in the Coachella valley.
January 07 · brisceida santosThey’re no help whatsoever and honestly a waste of insurance money.
